When we use the term ‘women,’ we refer to all individuals who identify as women. This includes women of colour, transgender women, and women with genderdiverse identities, including non-binary and gender non-conforming women (as we know that gender is fluid and can change throughout one’s lifetime)
We mean you. your best friend. Your neighbour. To put it simply, we mean every woman, including trans and non binary that are building and growing innovative, disruptive and impactful businesses.
We support our community of diverse women founders through intentionally designed and executed programming built on the foundation of representation, intersectionality and inclusivity at the core of everything we do.
