COMMUNITY GUIDELINES


The Founders Fund community based on mutual respect and desire to grow our businesses and impact in the world. We are only able to do this by adhering to a strict policy that excludes offensive, humiliating, intimidating behaviour based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, religion, physical characteristics, impairments of any kind, political opinion, socio-economic status, age and all other ways that an individual may identify.

 

When responding to another member of the community, lead with empathy and remember that everyone has different life experiences, challenges, and ways of communicating.

 

If a member of the community violates this guideline, Founders Fund will remove the offending community member without reimbursement or warning.
